Class III: Employers with 51-100 employees - $380.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments)

Class IV: Banks, utilities and employers with more than 100 employees - $500.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments)
